This secondary bathroom in Santa Clarita had not been updated since the house was built. The owners wanted a complete change, moving from an old-fashioned style to a clean, modern look. The goal was to make the best use of the space by adding high-quality finishes that would turn the room into a calm and useful getaway.
We were hired because of our skill in handling challenging home projects. The owners wanted to make sure the nearby flooring stayed in perfect condition. We followed a strict, organized schedule to avoid bothering the family while making sure everything, from the new tile to the lights, was installed with great care.
The Challenger
The biggest difficulty was updating the internal systems in a small area. We moved the shower plumbing and replaced the sink pipes. Because there was decorative molding four feet up the wall, the hardest part was patching the drywall to make the new and old sections blend together perfectly. We took great care at every step to ensure the walls looked seamless and professional.
The Result
The finished bathroom is now a beautiful, relaxing space. The new walk-in shower has stylish tiles and modern black fixtures. By adding better lighting and replacing the large, outdated vanity with a slim, new one, we made the room feel bright and open. The renovation met all the owners’ needs, giving them a long-lasting, high-quality bathroom that improves the value of their home.
