This project, located in Valencia, began as an emergency response to an active leak originating from a master bathroom shower valve. The water intrusion had caused significant damage to the adjacent drywall near the toilet, and an inspection revealed structural cracks in the exterior stucco.
Given the urgency, we immediately adjusted our project schedule to prioritize the site and mitigate further water damage. Once the leak was secured, we initiated a full-scale renovation, beginning with the demolition of the existing shower, flooring, and glass enclosure.
The client’s vision for the new master bathroom was a clean, minimalist aesthetic focused on a “less grout” look. To achieve this, we installed premium 12×24 tiles in a sophisticated white-gray palette, which minimized grout lines and provided a sleek, expansive feel. We enhanced this design with high-contrast matte black accents, utilizing black Schluter trim for clean edges, a modern black shower fixture kit, and a contemporary sliding glass door.
The Challenger
Beyond the shower, our scope included replacing damaged drywall, matching existing textures, and refinishing the double-sink vanity in a bold black finish. We applied high-quality semi-gloss paint throughout the room to provide a professional, durable, and cohesive finish. Our team’s efforts also extended to a secondary bedroom—refining the space for use as a home office—as well as a full tile replacement in the second bathroom and the installation of a new vanity in the first-floor powder room.

The final result is a seamless, high-end renovation that transformed a damaged space into a modern sanctuary.
