This project took place in a commercial warehouse space in downtown Los Angeles. The primary scope of work involved a targeted aesthetic upgrade to two restrooms, focusing on a clean, professional finish that would enhance the facility’s interior environment.
Our team was brought in to install a staggered tile pattern at a 4-foot height throughout both restrooms, providing both durability and a modern look. Following the tile installation, we performed a full painting service, utilizing premium Benjamin Moore off-white paint to brighten the rooms and create a cohesive, updated appearance.
